Data Automation Service:

This is about:

1. Extracting data from documents (excel, pdf, etc.), websites and web service API's.
2. Transforming the extracted data based on the instructions you give us.
3. Saving/capturing/uploading the transformed data into files, websites, etc.

An example would be if you have data in pdf files that you need in excel and in csv, so that you can upload it to some business applications. You can do this by yourself and spend hours, or you can let us do it for you, using our automation technologies, at a fraction of the time and cost. Robotic Process Automation:

This is where we design and build software robots that mimic human behaviour. A typical process might look like this:

1. An email comes through.
2. The Bot (software) reads the email and applies previously provided logic and determines it's a supplier invoice or statement.
3. The Bot does whatever checks and validations its been instructed to do.
4. The Bot reads the invoice/statement, extracting relevant data (dates, descriptions, amounts, supplier number, VAT, etc.)
5. The Bot processes the invoice/statement by logging  into the organisation's ERP/Accounting system and capturing the invoice/statement.
6. The Bot replies to the supplier's email advising them of the status of their now captureed invoice/statement.
